Incredible Alexa Won't Turn Off Still Has Ring Of Light References. I have the following in that room (in daughters room): Web after having a connectivity issue with 1 light switch and deleting/readding in smartthings, alexa will not turn it off/on.
Web turn your echo device’s microphones on or off; Web they all have the white spinning light when set to away. If the blue light on alexa won’t turn off, change your power adapter.
